2008年5月國科會與科技政策研究與資訊中心、國家高速網路與計算中心共同建置之整合檢索系統，收錄2007~2008年引進之EEBO、PAO Collection 1-5 (425種期刊)、ECCO、MOMW、CLC、OJDA、TDA、SOJA等8個資料庫，提供全國公私立大專院校、中央研究院和國家圖書館免費使用。
